Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to lead new business formation with top U.S. insurance carriers.

You will own relationships with C-suite executives, drive multi-million-dollar deals, and orchestrate a cross-functional team to close strategic wins. The role blends hunting new logos with expanding existing relationships and requires a strong data/insurtech background and a proven quota-crushing track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in data, insurance or related industries with a degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling complex B2B SaaS, data analytics or insurtech platforms to enterprise clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate in a highly matrixed, multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Hunt aggressively, build pipeline, and drive new business for named accounts.
• Act as strategic advisor to VPs and C-level executives, shaping risk pricing and business strategy.
• Lead full sales cycle with multi-year enterprise contracts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
