Job summary

Requisite Talent Partners is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in our Insurance Claims Technology practice. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling an AI-powered valuation platform to P&C carriers.

You'll build executive relationships, develop ROI-based business cases, and navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying, with a base salary around $100k and OTE around $200k. This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity at a stable firm.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business with P&C insurance carriers
• Build executive relationships across claims, innovation, and IT
• Develop ROI-driven business cases showing savings and cycle-time reduction
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
• Represent the company at industry events
