Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior leader in Energy to drive transformation across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream and Low Carbon value chains from Orlando. You will guide clients on end-to-end business challenges, develop data-driven operating models, and advance AI-enabled platforms to unlock value at scale.

The role requires 12+ years in Energy, 10+ years in advisory and delivery leadership, and strong business development with executive stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream domains.
• Minimum of 10 years mentoring global delivery teams on large-scale transformations.
• Minimum of 10 years business development and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Advise energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and data ecosystems.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Accelerate transformation through AI, advanced analytics, and platform adoption.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance efficiency.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
