Qualifications

• 8+ years administering email marketing platforms.
• Advanced Marketo expertise with Salesforce integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting marketing tech integrations.
• Experience building AI/LLM-based workflows.
• Law firm or professional services marketing technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm's email marketing platform, including campaign builds, templates, automations, segmentation, lead scoring, testing, and performance reporting.
• Manage system integrations and data integrity across the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and event platforms, while troubleshooting sync and integration issues.
• Build and improve AI-enabled and agentic workflows designed to automate repetitive marketing processes and increase efficiency across the platform ecosystem.
• Partner with internal technology teams, marketing stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to diagnose issues, improve systems, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Play a key role in the continued evolution of the firm's marketing technology and digital infrastructure, with the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and AI.
