Zusammenfassung

Fenwick & West seeks a Marketing Platform Manager to own the firm's email marketing platform, from building campaigns to ensuring data sync with Salesforce. This role also builds and maintains AI-enabled workflows and troubleshoots integrations across the marketing tech stack.

The hybrid US-based position requires 8+ years of admin experience, a marketing or IT-related degree, and strong knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and Power BI. You will optimize campaigns and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of advanced administrative experience with email marketing platforms and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with events platform integrations.
• Familiarity with digital KPIs and reporting platforms (Power BI/Databricks).
• Experience building or configuring AI agents / LLM-based workflow tools.
• Ability to identify areas for platform improvements or optimization.
• Law firm or professional services marketing technology experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain the email marketing platform, building campaigns and templates
• Design forms and automation sequences for campaigns
• Own segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing
• Maintain data integrity and Salesforce integrations
• Monitor KPIs like deliverability, open/click rates, and conversions
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
• Troubleshoot integrations across the marketing tech stack
• Collaborate with vendors and Solutions Engineer
• Participate in platform evaluation and vendor selection
