We are Buchanan, a premier global law firm, is seeking a Marketing Platform Manager to own the email marketing platform, including campaign builds, templates, automations, segmentation, and performance reporting. You will manage integrations with Salesforce and event platforms, troubleshoot sync issues, and build AI-enabled workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of advanced email marketing platform administration experience.
• Advanced Marketo expertise and strong understanding of Salesforce integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting marketing technology integrations and maintaining data governance.
• Experience building or configuring AI/LLM-based workflows or agents.
• Law firm or professional services marketing technology experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the firm’s email marketing platform, including campaign builds, templates, automations, segmentation, lead scoring, testing, and performance reporting.
• Manage system integrations and data integrity across the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and event platforms, while troubleshooting sync and integration issues.
• Build and improve AI-enabled and agentic workflows designed to automate repetitive marketing processes and increase efficiency across the platform ecosystem.
• Partner with internal technology teams, marketing stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to diagnose issues, improve systems, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Play a key role in the continued evolution of the firm’s marketing technology and digital infrastructure, with the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and AI.
