Job summary

Havenly Brands is seeking an Email Marketing Operations Manager to own the lifecycle technology across seven brands, including Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert.

You’ll be the technical lead for email, SMS, push, and onsite acquisition, growing AI-enabled automation that powers campaign workflows each quarter. This role requires deep Braze expertise, hands-on coding for production, and experience migrating ESPs or CDPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations or lifecycle tech.
• Deep Braze expertise: Canvas, segmentation, Liquid, events.
• Experience with ESP/CDP migrations or new platform implementations.
• Ability to write clear technical requirements for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own Braze/Lifecycle stack across seven brands.
• Architect migrations and new lifecycle technology initiatives.
• Manage offshore associates and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering for data quality and campaigns.
