Job summary

Havenly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own CRM and lifecycle strategy across seven Havenly brands. You will architect journeys, expand channels, and build an AI-forward CRM stack to scale a multi-brand portfolio.

You’ll lead a small team, partner with Product and Engineering, and deliver measurable impact on first-purchase conversion, LTV, and deliverability. This role is on-site with a preference for Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM or retention marketing.
• Experience across multiple brands or business lines.
• Technical fluency with ESPs (Braze/HubSpot/Klaviyo) and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and CRM strategy across seven Havenly Brands — email, SMS, and push.
• Lead day-to-day team management and nearshore execution.
• Drive cross-brand journeys and channel expansion.
• Oversee campaign calendar and ensure brand voice integrity.
