Job summary

Havenly is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to scale lifecycle marketing across Havenly brands from a Latin America base. You will handle Braze and Klaviyo configurations, data flows, and AI-powered workflows to improve lifecycle programs.

Lead campaign execution and automation with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to tooling and data infrastructure. Remote LATAM with US ET collaboration hours; 3–5+ years in marketing tech expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing automation or lifecycle marketing operations.
• Experience with Braze or Klaviyo; HTML, Liquid, APIs, JSON, SQL valued.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and web popups.
• Configure Braze and Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and triggers.
• Support QA and deployment of campaigns ensuring flawless execution.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and internal tools to improve lifecycle marketing operations.
• Partner with engineering and analytics to validate tracking and data integrity.
