Job summary

Havenly Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own CRM and lifecycle strategy across seven brands: Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert.

This role will build journeys, cross-brand programs, and an AI-forward CRM stack to scale a multi-brand portfolio. You will lead a small team, expand channels beyond email to SMS and push, and partner with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Experience owning lifecycle across multiple brands or business lines.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven mindset.
• Comfort with AI tools as a workflow accelerator.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle/CRM strategy across seven brands (email, SMS, push).
• Lead day-to-day team management and nearshore execution.
• Design cross-brand lifecycle programs and journeys across portfolios.
• Expand channel scope (SMS, push) beyond email.
• Oversee campaign calendars, timing, and deployment with Brand/Creative.
• Maintain brand voice and deliverability across multiple domains.
