Job summary

Insight Assurance, a remote-first cybersecurity audit and compliance firm, seeks a Director of Marketing to lead strategy, grow pipeline, and drive revenue. You will mentor a high-performing team, stay hands-on to craft campaigns, and collaborate across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partner channels to maximize impact.

You will apply AI to marketing processes, manage budgets/agencies, and ensure content quality aligns with IA’s brand. Strong written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience including 5+ years leading marketing teams.
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue through B2B demand generation.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to marketing, including building tools/workflows.
• Working knowledge of marketing technology and revenue operations.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and managers.
• Collaborative, team-first approach with strong written and verbal communication.
• Sound judgment in a regulated, trust-driven market.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy across demand generation, content, SEO/AEO/GEO, email, events, and account-based marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Stay hands-on where needed, building campaigns, content, and assets.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and the Partner Channel department to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with customers and partners on co-marketing, advocacy, and thought leadership.
• Measure performance with data and report results to executive leadership.
• Identify and apply AI-enabled approaches that improve the speed, quality, and impact of marketing work.
• Ensure all external content upholds IA's brand and professional standards.
