Job summary

Lansweeper is hiring in the US for a role that blends GTM engineering with SDR duties. You will manage a large book, build AI-driven automation, and focus on converting free users to paying customers at scale while also closing high-potential accounts.

This is a 50/50 role between building systems and direct sales, with a hybrid onsite expectation in Austin, TX. You’ll collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Engineering, and the Free Product Core Group to implement automated flows, self-serve buying

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in SDR/BDR or digital sales (SaaS).
• Experience with sales automation, email sequencing, cadence tools, and CRM (Salesforce a plus).
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve SaaS motions.
• Comfort with high-volume, data-driven funnels — not traditional outbound or enterprise selling.
• Ability to read and act on product usage data, behavioral signals, and intent indicators.

Responsibilities

• Own free-to-paid conversion using product usage, intent data, and AI signals.
• Build and refine the digital sales engine with automated workflows and triggers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, Engineering, and Free Product Core Group.
• Onboard and activate new customers with scalable, automated onboarding.
• Be the human safety net for high-value conversions and complex expansion moments.
