Agropur is seeking a Digital Procurement Manager (Source-to-Pay) to lead the digital transformation of our procurement function. The role partners with IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, and business stakeholders to modernize sourcing, supplier management, CLM, and P2P processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives.
• Experience with COUPA is required.
• Fluent in English; French bilingual preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital procurement and AI enablement strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
• Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use cases.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement tools (COUPA, SAP, ERP).
• Establish KPIs and value-tracking for digital and AI initiatives; quantify cost savings and productivity gains.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption across global procurement teams.
