Job summary

Agropur, inc. is seeking a Digital Procurement Manager (Source-to-Pay) to lead the digital transformation of our procurement function.

You will partner with Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance and key stakeholders to modernize sourcing, supplier management, and the contract lifecycle from source to pay. You will define and execute a multi-year digital procurement roadmap, drive AI-enabled tool adoption, and ensure measurable value through improved efficiency, cost optimization, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P).
• Experience with AI / machine learning or automation applied to procurement or the supply chain.
• Experience implementing or managing procurement technologies and platforms.
• Demonstrated success in change management and driving adoption within complex organizations.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual French and English.
• Experience working in a global organizational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use cases.
• Lead digital procurement strategy alignment with enterprise goals.
• Define governance for digital procurement tools, data usage, and AI lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on digital innovation initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and value-tracking for digital and AI initiatives.
• Lead change management and adoption across global procurement teams.
