Job summary
Agropur seeks a Digital Procurement Manager (Source-to-Pay) to lead the digital transformation of procurement via technology, automation, and AI. You will collaborate with Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, and stakeholders to modernize sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and P2P processes.
Required: 8+ years in procurement or digital transformation, SAP or Coupa experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- 8+ years in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives.
- Experience with AI or automation in procurement/supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the digital procurement and AI enablement strategy.
- Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use cases.
- Act as a thought leader on emerging procurement technologies and AI best practices.
- Drive selection, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement tools.
- Establish KPIs and value-tracking for digital initiatives.
- Lead change management and adoption across global procurement teams.
- Governance for digital tools, data usage, and AI lifecycle management
