Job summary

Healthfirst seeks a Procurement Digital Transformation Lead to design and drive the digital procurement roadmap, making the Source-to-Pay lifecycle AI-enabled, data-driven, and scalable across the enterprise.

You will lead procurement technology initiatives, automate processes, collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders, and champion adoption of modern procurement tools while advancing governance and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of procurement transformation or related disciplines.
• Experience implementing or enhancing procurement/enterprise technology platforms and leading cross-functional transformation.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay, workflow automation, and digital enablement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and drive adoption.
• Excellent PM, analytical, communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hybrid work schedule requiring reporting to 100 Church Street, NYC office Tue–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital procurement strategy and roadmap.
• Lead procurement technology initiatives and automation across Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Partner with IT, Architecture, Security, and vendors to design and deploy solutions.
• Ensure governance, data standards, and scalable procurement processes.
• Drive adoption and change management for digital tools.
