Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Procurement Digital Transformation Lead to build and execute a digital roadmap for a data-driven, AI-enabled procurement function in New York. The role collaborates with COE, Category Management, Vendor Management, and IT to drive automation, analytics, and governance across Source-to-Pay.

The incumbent leads technology initiatives, develops business cases, and ensures adoption through change management, with a hybrid in-office schedule at 100 Church Street, NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in procurement transformation, digital transformation or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and drive adoption.
• Excellent PM, analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence Tue–Thu at 100 Church Street, NYC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise Digital Procurement Roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Translate capability requirements into technology, automation, and analytics initiatives.
• Define business cases, roadmaps, and value propositions for investments.
• Evaluate new procurement technologies including AI capabilities.
• Lead functional procurement technology capabilities and partner with IT.
• Ensure governance, data standards, and scalable procurement operations.
• Drive cross-functional transformation with COE, Vendor Management, and Category Management.
• Lead training, change management, and adoption of new digital processes.
