• Drive CI/CD optimization and quality gates and automation metrics.
• Own the technical roadmap with architecture trade-offs across teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging tech (AI/ML, cloud).
• Recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent.
