Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Senior Executive Strategy & Planning Manager to join the Chief of Staff within the Product & Engineering organization in Bellevue, WA. You will shape strategic initiatives and lead AI agent-driven automation across the Chief of Staff function, partnering with the CIO and senior leaders to drive clarity and velocity.

This on-site role requires exceptional business acumen, discretion, urgency, and strong program management, with hands-on AI experience and a background in strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and 7 years of related work experience are required.
• 7-10+ years progressive experience in corporate strategy or related roles (preferred).
• Foundational experience supporting an enterprise-level senior executive (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drives the P&E organization’s rhythm of business and strategic agenda with senior leaders.
• Designs and manages AI agents to automate recurring workflows across the Chief of Staff team.
• Collaborates with Finance, Corporate Strategy, Consumer, Marketing, and Network on planning cycles and projects.
• Delivers on special projects tied to P&E’s strategic priorities and executive briefings.
• Prepares high-impact strategic materials for Board presentations and executive reviews.
• Acts as a proxy for the Chief of Staff to drive priorities across functions.
