Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent (Required)
• 7-10 years developing large scale business systems in Agile environments across modern stack (Java, Python, JS/TS, APIs)
• 2-4 years people leadership of cross-functional engineering teams (5+ engineers)
• 2-4 years applying AI/ML concepts or LLM-based tools in production environments
• 2+ years driving delivery excellence with automation and measurable velocity gains
• 2+ years working with big data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka)
• 1+ year operating in cloud-native/Kubernetes environments with CI/CD and IaC
• 1+ year experience with API platforms, gateways, or developer ecosystems
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certification (Preferred)
• AWS/Azure/GCP cloud certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise applications
• Build and evolve an agentic AI capability within the engineering org
• Define and drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence
• Own the technical roadmap in collaboration with architecture and security teams
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging tech to keep stack current
• Recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent with automation focus
