Qualifications

• 7+ years building large-scale business systems in Agile environments.
• 2-4 years leading cross-functional engineering teams (5+ engineers).
• 2-4 years applying AI/ML concepts in production environments.
• 2+ years driving delivery excellence through automation.
• 2+ years working with big data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka).
• 1+ year operating in cloud-native/Kubernetes environments with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise applications with technical direction and performance management.
• Build and evolve an agentic AI capability; automate code generation and testing workflows.
• Define continuous improvement and engineering excellence, including CI/CD and quality gates.
• Own the technical roadmap in collaboration with architecture, platform, and security teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging tech to stay current.
• Recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent with a bias toward automation.
