Responsibilities

• Oversee digital product portfolio, prioritizing requests by customer impact.
• Define problem scope, ownership, outcomes, and readiness before work begins.
• Lead cross-team dependency management and remove blockers.
• Maintain portfolio visibility and facilitate timely tradeoffs with leaders.
• Translate demand into capacity and resourcing plans with partners.
• Guide end-to-end execution with design, product, and tech leads.
• Track delivery and report milestones, status, risks, and decisions.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve predictability and reduce rework.
• Uphold standards and foster continuous process improvements.
• Develop reusable SOPs and playbooks to sustain team health.
