Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative technology, design engineering, UX, or design systems.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality design systems as coded infrastructure.
• Strong front-end skills across modern frameworks and accessibility standards.
• Experience building AI agents or AI-augmented tooling in real workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on creation of the AI-native design system end-to-end, from foundations to documentation.
• Deliver production-quality, accessible code that teams can build on.
• Design and ship AI agents and automations to make the system self-serve and self-improving.
• Establish middle-layer connections and tooling linking the design system to products and pipelines.
• Set the creative engineering bar for visual quality, code architecture, and performance.
• Integrate AI into daily workflows to accelerate delivery without sacrificing craft.
• Build coded prototypes to validate ideas before shipping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed the design system into leadership tools.
• Serve as a hands-on technical authority translating complex problems into scalable systems.
