Responsibilities

• Own the communications cadence (AI-enabled): collect milestones, draft updates, and publish to Confluence and other sources with final human review.
• Apply approved AI tools responsibly: accelerate drafting, synthesis, editing, and quality checks, with verification against sources.
• Manage Confluence oversight (AI-supported governance): maintain information architecture and run AI-assisted audits for readability and accuracy.
• Plan and execute townhalls/forums and meetings (AI-assisted operations): draft agendas, pre-reads, briefs, and capture action items.
• Administer distribution lists/shared mailboxes (AI-enhanced hygiene): triage requests, draft responses, flag policy risks.
• Maintain epic/backlog hygiene (AI-augmented agility): summarize epics, suggest acceptance criteria, highlight aging items.
