Qualifications

• Formal training and certification on software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading technologists.
• Experience guiding AI-assisted tooling adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, speed, and operations.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools to improve automation and production readiness.
• Designs and develops large-scale solutions or platforms using Cloud services (i.e. AWS).
• Deploys cloud-based solutions at firm level, enabling analytics and day-to-day operations.
