Job summary

Katalyze AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist to lead how our platform is deployed and adopted within flagship pharma and biotech clients.

You will own engagements from discovery through deployment and long-term value expansion, closely partnering with ML Scientists and Platform Engineers to translate problems into scalable solutions. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, drive change management, and identify expansion opportunities to grow client impact and Katalyze AI’s

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in deployment strategy, implementation, or hybrid client-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments or consulting engagements.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and drive execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with scientists, engineers, and executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; ability to build structure where none exists.
• Technical literacy: understands data systems and APIs and how software is adopted in large organizations.
• Genuine interest in life sciences, biopharma, or AI-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements from discovery to deployment and expansion.
• Develop deployment strategies tailored to each client’s manufacturing environment and data landscape.
• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for senior client stakeholders including Operations, Quality, and C-suite.
• Translate complex client problems into concrete use cases and platform configurations with ML Scientists and Platform Engineers.
• Drive change management and user adoption to embed the platform in core workflows.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities; build long-term roadmaps for client and company growth.
• Track ROI by showing yield improvements and cost savings across engagements.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to support new business development with deployment success stories.
• Contribute to internal playbooks to scale world-class deployments.
