Job summary

IFS is seeking a leaders to own the global AI demand generation strategy and translate it into programmatic initiatives across campaigns, field enablement, and multi-channel outreach.

You will coach a demand generation and market development team, drive account-based outbound, and align messaging with industry needs to accelerate pipeline across energy, utilities, manufacturing, aerospace, and asset-intensive sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B enterprise software demand generation, sales, or GTM roles.
• Track record of leading or building demand generation / market development teams.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to build and optimize processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the global AI demand generation strategy and translate it into programmatic initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the demand generation and market development team.
• Direct a net-new account motion into energy, utilities, manufacturing, aerospace, field service, and asset-intensive industries.
• Partner with Product Marketing to refine narratives for the field and adapt messaging based on market feedback.
• Establish a structured global cadence for demand generation activity and ensure pipeline hygiene.
