Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling multiple growth channels with revenue impact.
• Experience building homegrown AI-driven outbound engines and rapid experimentation platforms.
• Analytically rigorous with SQL, attribution measurement, and BI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy for enterprise growth and pipeline to revenue.
• Architect and run a modern AI-native demand engine with automated workflows.
• Design multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, ABM, events, partnerships.
• Develop segmentation for enterprise buyer personas and optimize funnel to revenue.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops to improve the marketing-to-sales funnel.
