Job summary

Perplexity is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Lead to drive enterprise and business product growth from the GTM team. You’ll own Perplexity’s demand engine, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

In this high-autonomy role, you’ll design AI-powered outbound, programmatic personalization, and rapid experimentation platforms to scale demand. You’ll build tools, automate ruthlessly, and treat every campaign as an experiment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building multiple growth channels with proven revenue impact.
• Experience building AI-driven outbound engines and experimentation platforms.
• Strong SQL, attribution measurement, and BI dashboards experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy for enterprise growth.
• Architect and operate a modern demand engine with AI tooling.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns and test motions.
• Develop segmentation for priority enterprise personas.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops to optimize funnel.
