Job summary

Cogent is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead all pipeline-generating functions across marketing and sales development, reporting to the Head of Growth. This senior, player-coach role will define the FY27 demand model, launch integrated plays, and build a team across field, channel, and digital/content to scale pipeline.

You will own the front end of the revenue engine, crafting ABM and outbound strategies, optimizing funnel performance with RevOps, and partnering with Sales,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or integrated revenue marketing.
• Experience owning pipeline targets, budget, and funnel metrics.
• Ability to build a scalable demand function, not just run campaigns.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation plan across targets, budget, and plays.
• Scale field/channel and digital motions; create repeatable programs.
• Lead ABM and named-account plays; drive outbound strategy.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing on pipeline coverage and ROI.
