Bask Health is seeking a Deal Desk professional to own end-to-end deal execution, pricing decisions, and contract terms within a fast-moving telehealth tech environment. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to structure deals, optimize packaging, and implement AI-native workflows that improve accuracy and speed.

You will analyze deal data, develop playbooks, and train Sales teams while maintaining revenue integrity.

Qualificações

4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Quote-to-Cash, Contract Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related function in tech.
Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to advance complex deals.
Strong understanding of deal structures and commercial processes.
Experience in project management and process improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-service mindset.
Able to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

Own the deal review and approval process from initial review to contract execution.
Provide guidance on pricing, terms, and non-standard requests to Sales.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, and other teams on new pricing and packaging.
Document and improve deal workflows, systems, and automation.
Monitor deal performance and identify opportunities to improve velocity and reduce risk.
Create playbooks and training materials for the Sales team.
