Job summary

Bask Health, a leading telehealth platform, seeks a pricing & revenue operations professional to own pricing models for pharmacy products, monitor margins, and influence pricing strategy. You will work cross-functionally with pharmacy, finance, sales, and product teams to ensure competitive, transparent pricing.

Responsibilities include building pricing dashboards, validating assumptions with real data, and drafting clear pricing recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pricing, revenue operations, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong grasp of margin, unit economics, and cost-plus pricing.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or telehealth pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models for pharmacy products and services.
• Track costs and margins, and flag impacts quickly.
• Analyze market pricing to keep Bask’s offerings competitive.
• Recommend pricing for new products and promotions with margin justification.
• Own the pricing book and ensure consistency across systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports on revenue, margin, and pricing performance for leadership.
• Support forecasting, deal reviews, and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, finance, sales, and product teams.
