Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial terms.
• Ability to build scalable deal desk processes from scratch.
• Comfort with AI-assisted drafting and routing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own order form and commercial term structuring for all deals.
• Implement AI tooling for drafting, routing, and CRM hygiene while handling non-standard cases.
• Maintain quotes, approvals, and exception handling with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Sales).
• Run Salesforce as the system of record and build deal-desk reporting.
• Lead a remote-first, senior individual contributor role with potential to grow a team.
