Accenture is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support end-to-end sales for standardized cyber security solutions targeting U.S. mid-market clients.

You will engage via digital channels, coordinate with marketing, and maintain a disciplined CRM process in Salesforce. You will leverage AI and generative AI tools to source opportunities, progress opportunities, and ensure a smooth handoff to delivery with Mid-Market Account Success Management.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in inside sales or digital sales for technology, cloud or cyber security with end-to-end experience.
• 3+ years CRM discipline, maintaining contact records, pipeline data and activity logs in Salesforce or equivalent; 3+ years selling contract value around $2M.
• 3+ years engaging with potential clients and clearly articulating a value proposition.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.

Aufgaben

• Drive digital sales and identify opportunities through digital and social channels.
• Own the end-to-end sales for standardized cyber security solutions, from needs assessment to close.
• Coordinate with marketing to create cyber security content and deliver consistent messaging.
• Develop client-facing collateral in partnership with cyber security SMEs and marketing.
• Maintain accurate client records, interactions and pipeline status in CRM.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to source opportunities and accelerate outreach.
• Ensure smooth handoff from sale to onboarding with Mid-Market Account Success Management.
• Provide reporting on pipeline status, campaign performance and conversion metrics.
