Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, business analysis, process improvement, product operations or similar hybrid role.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools—prompt engineering, LLM-based workflows, agent frameworks, or low-code/no-code automation.

Responsibilities

• Build a world-class customer listening infrastructure and lead Voice of Customer programs using AI to move from snapshots to real-time insights.
• Partner with Support, Customer Success, Sales to surface AI opportunities for better CX, including workflow automation or new value-add functions.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompt-based workflows, and low-code automation; iterate with real user feedback.
• Translate prototypes into production-grade builds with clear requirements and data/integration needs; ensure security and measure ROI post-launch.
• Stay current on industry AI trends and embed Samsara’s culture while scaling CX across global teams.
