Field Nation seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive retention, adoption, and growth by building trusted buyer relationships and delivering value-driven guidance. You will leverage AI tools to monitor health, surface adoption gaps, and prepare compelling guidance for buyers in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes working with AI-assisted insights to identify risks early and coordinate expansion opportunities, reporting to the Customer Success leadership.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent history building customer relationships with a focus on increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

• Earn trusted advisor status with buyers by building genuine, insight-driven relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of each buyer’s business model and success metrics to offer recommendations.
• Maintain platform knowledge and deliver customized training aligned to buyer personas and company size.
• Use AI tools to monitor account health, detect adoption gaps, and translate signals into practical recommendations.
• Track buyer KPIs like fix rates, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities anchored to realized value.
