Job summary

Solve It With Customers, Automate It With AI is a NYC startup hiring a Customer Success Engineer to partner with clients, diagnose issues, and craft AI-driven fixes and workflows. You’ll translate fixes into knowledge and tools that empower AI agents to resolve future problems instantly.

You will work full-time on-site in New York City, collaborating with leadership and engineering to shape the product as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in software engineering, customer success engineering, solutions engineering or a similar client-facing technical role.
• You're confident writing code and working with APIs, databases and SQL.
• You're excited about building with AI agents and automation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand and resolve their technical issues
• Investigate and debug problems across the product, APIs, integrations and data
• Build the knowledge, tools and workflows that let the AI agents fix these issues on their own
• Keep improving how well the AI diagnoses and resolves customer problems
• Solve technical issues end to end
• Spot patterns across customers and eliminate recurring issues for good
