Qualifications

• Strong ability to interpret telemetry and performance dashboards.
• Experience with consumption-based accounts and value-driven activity.
• Proven ability to present AI outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AI/LLM concepts and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Center of Excellence and train customer champions.
• Monitor agent telemetry and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with Salesforce teams and partners for a unified experience.
• Manage roadmap and consumption credits for contracted licenses.
• Define and report measurable business impact and ROI.
• Identify new use cases and build a business case for expansion.
• Remove adoption barriers related to data quality or process alignment.
• Serve as a voice of the customer to product and engineering.
