Job summary

Bonterra is seeking an AI-fluent Customer Reference Program Manager to build and run the AI-first reference program within Commercial AI. You will own live reference requests, Champion HQ, and Peerbound, helping sellers advance opportunities with contextualized proofs and case studies.

You will design repeatable processes, triage requests with AI agents, and ensure human oversight of customer consent and approvals, shaping the program’s 2027 operating model and measuring impact on deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant B2B SaaS experience supporting active sales opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with reference platforms Champion HQ or ReferenceEdge and with Peerbound proof.
• Fluent in Salesforce opportunity fields, report filters, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own live deal support and manage reference requests from intake to closure.
• Define and optimize a repeatable reference workflow with SLAs, escalation paths, and ownership.
• Match references by nonprofit mission, NTEE, products in use, and geography.
• Run Champion HQ and maintain roster, profiles, matching rules, and ROI reporting.
• Turn Peerbound insights into deal-ready proof and ensure source traceability.
