Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to advocate for customers and drive successful partnerships across a portfolio of accounts. You will focus on adoption, retention and identifying opportunities to expand relationships. This is a technically fluent CS role where product and AI capabilities evolve rapidly.

You will define questions and metrics, brief the right consultants, and translate customer needs into product feedback while balancing customer value and Bloomreach success.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in B2B and/or B2C SaaS, e-commerce, marketing or analytics.
• Able to research, analyze, draft and problem-solve with AI judgment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change.
• Experience leading projects or teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor and build long-term client relationships.
• Define business questions, success metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Write briefs for Technical and Business Consultants for custom work.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product input.
• Oversee success planning, reviews and risk management with the AM.
