Job summary

Remark is seeking a strategist to design and build brand-specific AI advisor experiences. You will own launches end-to-end, architect the platform setup, and craft prompts to turn a general model into each brand's expert advisor with its own voice and deep product knowledge.

You will test, iterate, and optimize to drive engagement and revenue. The role emphasizes hands-on AI development, API integrations, and collaboration with merchant success, product, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI building with prompts to shape advisor behavior.
• Technical, solutions-oriented mind; comfortable with APIs, data models, and tools like SQL and Excel.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make) or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch from contract to go-live for each brand.
• Architect the setup: knowledge base, intents, integrations, automations, advisor behavior.
• Write and tune prompts, knowledge, and logic; iterate until the advisor meets brand voice.
