Job summary

Celestica is seeking an Advisor, Business Development to leverage AI-enabled strategies across multiple customer sets. You will support quotation activities, develop bids, perform market research, coordinate customer visits, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

The role requires partnering with Operations, BD, and Supply Chain to surface high-value AI opportunities, design AI agents, measure ROI, and drive pilots from discovery to rollout while training teams on prompt engineering

Qualifications

3–5+ years in operational consulting, product management, business analytics, or solutions architecture with AI adoption.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Bonus points for hyperscaler/enterprise customer data management experience.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value opportunities for Generative AI and process automation.
Design, prompt, and test AI agents and automated workflows to speed quote/proposal analysis.
Establish baselines, measure ROI (hours saved, cycle time reduction, error mitigation).
Scope pilots, lead workshops, and oversee user acceptance testing for AI tool rollouts.
Advise on change management, upskilling, and integrating AI tools into SOPs.
Translate business needs into technical specs for IT and software teams.
