Job summary

trg. recruitment is looking for a Customer Operations Partner to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, from onboarding to day-to-day operations and platform usage.

You will spend significant time guiding AI agents, while also engaging directly with customers and suppliers on commercial decisions. This role emphasizes process optimization and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience managing multiple stakeholders and processes.
• Comfort negotiating price or owning a credit decision.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in day-to-day work.
• Experience automating systems to ease day-to-day workflows.
• Exposure to food, consumer goods or supply chain/logistics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and be the primary contact for orders, deliveries, payments, and the platform.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers, manage credit limits, and arrange freight as needed.
• Prompt, configure and maintain AI agents that automate routine workflows across accounts.
• Investigate delivery and quality issues and support new services at launch.
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
