You'll work on building tools for internal teams, ensuring quality, and driving adoption. The role requires hands-on AI tool building, practical coding or low-code skills, and strong communication for cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in business operations, strategy, or applied AI.
• Experience shipping AI-powered tools or automations.
• Comfort with light coding or low-code tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations for internal teams.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI workflow effectiveness.
• Identify workflows worth automating and drive adoption.
