Job summary

You will drive operating rhythms, analytics, forecasting, and strategic planning, partnering with finance and Go-To-Market teams to scale a global customer organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for strategic leadership.
• 6+ years in Customer Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded RevOps strategic partner to the CCO across Account Management, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Marketing.
• Own and lead business operating rhythms—weekly meetings, QBRs, root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Build structure and execution discipline across the customer organization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Economics, or related field
