Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Customer Education Specialist to bridge Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Education. You will join GTM planning, track changes, and convert them into a clear execution plan so nothing falls through.

This is a coordination-focused role requiring understanding of education channels, knowing what information is needed and when, and using AI to template and automate for faster, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer education, project coordination, program management or related field.
• Highly organized with a knack for building process, templates, and systems.
• Comfortable using AI to build, template, and automate content and workflows.
• Strong communicator who translates fast-moving information into clear next steps.
• Curious about product and comfortable with Product/Product Marketing stakeholders.
• Delivers against defined processes and seeks guidance on prioritization when needed.

Responsibilities

• Join Product and Product Marketing GTM meetings, capture notes and actions, translate updates into asset requirements.
• Coordinate execution across In‑App, LMS, Help Center, vILT, Certification, and other channels.
• Use AI to automate repetitive work, accelerate content production, and propose improvements.
• Build and maintain templates, trackers, and workflows to keep work aligned to a single truth.
• Keep stakeholders aligned as roadmaps and launch timelines shift, flag risks early.
• Support day-to-day execution and ensure deadlines and priorities remain visible.
