AlphaLife Sciences seeks a Product Specialist/Customer Success professional to configure and support AI-enabled clinical research software. You will train users, manage client projects, and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

Experience configuring, supporting or implementing software solutions.
Strong ability to understand client requirements and articulate solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Solutioning and configuration of applications to meet customer needs such as workflows, document types, AI prompts, and customer style guides.
Training of users and administrators on product usage.
Manage and coordinate customer projects to deliver within scope and timeline.
Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients.
Support pre-sales activities including understanding customer needs and proposing solutions.
Analyze and deploy new product features.
Maintain production and sandbox environments.
Create regular and ad hoc customer reports.
