Job summary

You will blend business needs with user insights, leveraging design and software development expertise to tackle diverse challenges across multiple technologies. You will drive end-to-end initiatives, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Deep knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, mobile or related disciplines.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently.
• Experience creating visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Developing experiences aligned with transformational innovation and north star representations.

Responsibilities

• Influence product design decisions, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Develop and execute customer experience strategies for complex projects.
• Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and user research data to inform design decisions.
