12+ years in senior creative leadership roles within financial services, luxury, or premium brands.
Portfolio demonstrating excellence across design, digital, photography, video, and interactive experiences.
Experience in complex, matrixed organizations with global stakeholders.
Fluency in generative AI, content automation, and scalable design systems.
Deep expertise in visual direction and production.

Responsibilities

Lead internal and external creative teams end to end from concept to deployment.
Own visual identity across touchpoints, ensuring JPMorganChase standards.
Integrate creative into AI-powered omnichannel marketing ecosystems with MarTech teams.
Advance creative technology adoption including generative AI and modular systems.
Manage external agencies and vendors to expand capabilities and speed.
Partner across lines of business to ensure global brand alignment.
Define and evolve a best-in-class visual/experiential identity for UHNW clients.
Develop concepts translating across physical, digital, and interactive environments.
Establish design systems and governance with localization flexibility.
Embed AI, automation, and emerging tech into workflows and asset pipelines.
Build modular content systems for rapid scaling.
