Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a senior UX Creative Technologist to build an AI-native design system for 320,000 employees. Lead hands‑on work spanning code, AI agents, and design to ship product at scale.

You will set quality bar, own the system end‑to‑end, and collaborate with Design Director and designers to push craft and pace. A high-impact, fast-moving role in the Employee Experience team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative technology, design engineering, UX, or design systems.
• Proven ability to set and maintain visual and interaction quality.
• Experience scaling design systems as coded infrastructure across teams.
• Strong production-level front-end skills with modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and automations.
• Understanding of UI architecture and frontend constraints.
• Proven collaboration with engineering and fluent in developer terms.
• Background in fast, high‑speed delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and shared repositories.
• Experience applying inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Fluency in Figma, VS Code, and modern frontend tools; adaptable to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on creation of the AI‑native design system end‑to‑end.
• Deliver high-quality, accessible code for cross-team use.
• Design and ship AI agents and automations within workflows.
• Establish middle-layer connections and tooling linking design system to products.
• Set creative engineering and design quality standards for the system.
• Integrate AI into daily workflows to accelerate delivery without sacrificing craft.
• Build coded prototypes to validate ideas before shipping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed the system into leadership tools.
• Serve as a hands-on technical authority translating complex problems into tooling.
• Partner with Design Director and designers to elevate team craft.
